Otherwise complete brochure or downloaded registration form (See below) and mail (P. O. Box 3267, Staunton, VA 24402) or FAX (540-885-2669) prior to September 30, 2008. After September 30, a late fee of $10 applies in all categories. WALK-IN LATE FEE - $25. Family Friendly Discount applies to the registration fee. GROUP RATE: 8 or more get a $5 discount per person. Submit all forms and one check together. Registration includes:

CANCELLATION:
All cancellations postmarked by September 30 will be refunded less a $25 processing fee per person. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON WILL BE MADE AFTER SEPTEMBER 30.

From I81N: Take Exit 225. Turn right. Follow Rt. 262W five (5) miles to US250 Exit. Exit right. Turn left and follow US250 to Staunton. At first stop light, Grubert Ave/Churchville Ave, turn right onto Grubert Ave. Travel 1/2 mile and turn right on Fifth Street. Park in designated areas around school. Shelburne Middle School is located on Grubert Avenue.
From I64/I81S: Take Exit 220 onto Rt. 262. Continue 4.6 miles on Rt. 262 to Parkersburg Pike/Beverley Street. Exit to right and turn right. Go one mile to first stop light. Turn left on Grubert Ave. Travel 1/2 mile to Fifth Street. Turn left. Park in designated areas around Shelburne Middle School.

NOTES:
Brochures will be mailed late June. The spaghetti dinner Friday night (Oct. 17) and the breakfast Saturday morning (Oct. 18) are being prepared by the Shelburne Middle School cafeteria staff. Breakfast on Sunday morning is a la carte. Tickets may be purchased on registration form, at registration on Friday or at the door.
Since all of the Saturday routes are
NEW, attendance at the Orientation Sessions is recommended. Sessions are held every 30 minutes in a classroom adjacent the Registration area Friday evening and Saturday morning.
